PRunderground Day 10: Rejected Releases

After ten days online, it’s clear that there’s one thing that will be a daily ritual; rejecting bad press releases.

Since going live we have approved 12 free submissions, but we’ve rejected 32. It seems the majority of people submitting releases just don’t read the guidelines.

We’ve seen everything from articles written in the first person, to press releases announcing hate-filled, adult themed, Web sites. Not to mention the one that was about 40 words long with a link pointing to an affiliate marketer’s “free ipod” page.
