46 Labs LLC Acquires Global Assets of Orange County-based SwitchRay Inc.

A consortium led by 46 Labs LLC, a recognized leader in telecommunications infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS), today announced the immediate acquisition of all worldwide assets of Orange County-based, CA SwitchRay Incorporated for an undisclosed amount.

46 Labs’ mission is to continuously meet customer needs through improved commercial telephony services. This acquisition aligns well with their mission by enabling 46 Labs to leverage its industry-leading engineering and support teams to benefit SwitchRay’s diverse customer base while also expanding its product and service portfolio. SwitchRay had initially acquired the products formerly marketed and sold by Aloe Systems and MERA.
