John Fowler Holiday Parks have announced that seven of their family holiday sites have been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by the world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor. Since 2011 this prestigious award honours hospitality businesses that deliver great service across the globe. The certificate is presented to businesses who have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year.
John Fowler Holidays has been running for over 66 years and operates eleven holiday parks across the South West. It has grown into one of the UK’s leading self-catering holiday accommodation providers, with family values, efficient customer service and high quality standards being the forefront of the company which sees visitors return year after year.
St Ives Holiday Village, Trelawne Manor, Perran View and Killigarth Manor in Cornwall, Devon caravan park South Bay and Sandy Glade and Sandy Meadows Lodge Park in Somerset were the seven holiday parks to receive this award. The award winning holiday parks have gained high quality reviews that have been submitted by visitors over a 12 month period.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and decency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five stars, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
