Always looking for new ways to better serve and connect with their valued customers, popular Brooklyn restaurant Carnem Prime Steakhouse recently announced a new special menu, sure to be a hit in their Park Slope neighborhood. The new Under $15 Menu runs Sunday through Thursday and features many of Carnem’s most popular dishes, offered in smaller portions, but with the same premium quality meat, fish and other ingredients that have made Carnem a NYC favorite and executed by Carnem’s world class culinary team.
“We are very excited about our new Under $15 menu and quite proud of our Chef for doing a fine job putting it together,” commented Jacob Krumgalz, owner of Carnem. “We love our community here in Park Slope and if we can do some little things to encourage people to come out more often we are all for it.”
According to Krumgalz, the Under $15 Menu is quite extensive, with some quick favorite with guest being the Pork Belly Cotton Candy, Beef Carpaccio, Salmon Tartar, Spanish Charred Octopus, 6oz Boneless Ribeye and much more. Carnem’s very inventive cocktail menu, along with their thoughtful wine list are, of course, both available to compliment the menu to its fullest.

Bryana F., from Brooklyn, recently said in a five star review, “I came here for my sisters birthday on a Tuesday night. Robert our host was so nice and welcoming. He greeted us like he knew us and seated us at our reserved table. He explained EVERYTHING which I thought was so helpful. The menu has a little light on it to see because the place is dimly lit. There were 7 of us, we ordered 2 calamari a dozen oysters and 7 of the pork belly cotton candy and 2 bottles of wine to start. Everything was excellent. I ordered the 12oz rib eye for my main course. It was perfectly cooked (medium) it only came with like 4 potato wedges but I was already filled up on bread and appetizers so I didn’t order a side. I tasted my brothers fries (he ordered a burger that looked beautiful) best fries I’ve ever had. We all enjoyed our food very much!”
