NEW FACE BOOK SETTINGS RESTRICTS THE POSTS YOU SEE …

Well my friends Facebook is at it again. I was just about to post this when I found out of another major change they did without telling us. Did you know that now your business fan page can now be used as your account? If you go to the top right and click on account, it is right there “Use Facebook as Page” . This means that instead of me linking my personal page to my business page, all I have to do now is create a fan page without linking it. I’ll have to check this out further.They are forever changing the way we interact via social media and don’t even tell us!!!

OK so about a month ago, a friend of mine was trying to promote her daughters acting career on Twitter. She asked me if I would help her create a Twitter profile page for her daughter. Of course I obliged and jumped right on it. Well OK maybe I waited a week or so. When the twitter profile Page was complete,@pamelastar313 We decided to get her family and friends who were on Facebook to become followers on twitter. This seemed like an easy task. So started my long  journey into the Facebook den of inequity.

Facebook has turned into this incredible one man show. Well no not really, the fact is that because of us the users….almost 500 million and counting, the Facebook numbers are staggering. I mean we have friends, groups, fan pages, games, gifts, pokes and so much more. Who would have thought that you could have 2,000 friends hang out with you all at once…A year and a half ago PRUnderground and so many other companies had no Facebook fan page. Now it seems if you do not have one you are left in the dark.
