Credico Names Tim Reedy North American Chief Operating Officer

Tim Reedy has joined Credico as North American Chief Operating Officer. In the newly created role, he oversees information systems, marketing, finance, legal and human resources for Credico’s operations in the U.S. and Canada.
Reedy is tasked with ensuring that the global leader in outsourced sales continues its rapid growth. Last year the company helped its clients increase their new customer acquisitions by over 65 percent, connecting global brand marketers with independent, local-market sales offices.
A dynamic leader with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications field, Reedy was most recently Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Swivel Chair Development LLC, a conferencing service provider start-up. For nearly 10 years prior he was CEO of Conference Plus, a global conferencing company, and was also a senior executive for a $500 million division of MCI (now part of Verizon).
