STA Consulting Kft. today announced it has received certification of its application with ServiceNow, available now in the ServiceNow Store. Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that ITSM Connector for SAP has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform® security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of ITSM Connector for SAP with ServiceNow.
ITSM Connector for SAP is an extension for STA’s SAP add-on that allows SAP end users to create tickets directly from the SAP screen where an error occurs. Every submitted ticket contains all information required by your support staff to start working on a solution. The App stores all SAP details in ServiceNow tables, like affected SAP user details, SAP system details, screen field contents and more. Additionally, a screenshot, an authorization report and other SAP-specific files are attached to the incidents in ServiceNow.
Having all this information readily available for each incident in ServiceNow allows service desk teams to start immediately to work on the solution and spend less time with extra communication which may delay solving the ticket by hours to days.
