Chris Jarosz, owner of Wicked ‘Wich, one of Sacramento’s most popular food trucks also attending SactoMoFo3, serving East-Coast-inspired deli sandwiches said, “Fuzion Eatz has a great concept and unique niche, here in Sacramento, and they’re offering an excellent menu. I think people will receive them well.” Earlier this week, Jarosz announced in a national release that he intends to debut California’s first food truck chase car, “the L’il ‘Wich” for delivery service directly from his mobile kitchen.

Both culinary arts students, Lopez and Sawyer plan to rotate their menu items with a variety of dishes to expose their customers to a culinary sophistication seldom seen in the Sacramento region. 27 year-old Manager and Fuzion Eatz Co-Owner, Lopez said, “Sacramento is a city which thrives on change; I believe that its residents are aching for new, innovative and interesting forms of cuisine. Our mission is to serve quality gourmet dishes to our customers and to promote small business relationships. We’re excited to bring our mix of Mediterranean and Greek-influenced dishes to SactoMoFo3.”

Supporting local artists, Lopez and Sawyer plan to show artists’ work at and on their truck, food items, and art events. “We’d love to fuse art and gourmet cuisines, and bring something really unique to Sacramento,” said Lopez.
