The Coverage Improvements Include:

GAP Coverage Available in the Event a Vehicle Loan Exceeds its Value: “We often see customers who have total losses on vehicles for which the loan value exceeds the vehicle value. In the past, the insured has had to make up that difference out of pocket. Liability Coverage Available Up to $500,000 CSL:  Mexico third party liability law has been rapidly evolving to more closely resemble US damage award standards. Therefore, higher limits are essential, and now available from all the insurers Mexpro.com represents.

Labor Rates for Collision Repairs Up to $100 per hour:  Mexico insurers have historically provided limited collision repair reimbursements–based on the cost of parts and prevailing labor rates in Mexico. Mexpro.com allows for vehicle repairs in the US or Canada, at labor rates of up to $100 US per hour. Our customers can now have their vehicles properly reimbursed for repair in the US or Canada, in the event of a loss requiring repairs.

Vandalism and Partial Theft Coverage with Deductibles of $500:  Partial theft and vandalism coverage is often excluded on Mexico insurance policies, and if available, the deductibles are high. Mexpro.com now offers this optional coverage with a deductible of only $500 US.

In addition, Collision and Theft Coverage is now available for the following vehicle types, while self-propelled:  Street Legal ATV’s, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, and Utility Vehicles such as Polaris Rangers. Mexico insurers have been averse to providing collision and theft coverage on these vehicle types.  Mexpro.com now makes that coverage available when such vehicles are operated on conventional roads.
