Physical Layer

The StaffAlerter appliance is located on premise and is connected to a wi-fi or cellular network.  It processes direct physical inputs from devices or people in the facility.  Input, output and supervisory events activate user configured rules to send alerts to staff, to control outputs and to communicate with other StaffAlerter appliances located on the network.

Web Control Layer

A custom URL portal allows customers to create and manage Web Action Keys® which can be activated by any device that can reach the web. This layer functions as a highly flexible remote management tool by allowing the direct control of the StaffAlerter’s outputs and the execution of pre-defined rules.

Cloud Layer

User created and controlled Cloud Action Keys® have been designed with ultimate survivability in mind to send emails, texts or phone calls to users or groups, even during facility system failure. StaffAlerter is on duty 24/7 regardless of facility status or internet availability.

StaffAlerter is designed with the end user in mind for ease of message creation and delivery. With just a telephone, authorized StaffAlerter users following simple verbal prompts can send texts, emails or phone calls to designated groups in under 60 seconds. Recipients that miss a phone call can use the replay feature by calling the alerting number that originated the message. Answering machine detection is also available.
