The MTA Selects Nadler Modular to Expand Bus Annex

The New York MTA has selected Nadler Modular Structures to construct a custom mobile building for its Baisley Park Bus Depot.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Bus Company of New York, has selected Nadler Modular Structures to construct a custom mobile office facility as part of an expansion project for its Baisley Park Bus Depot.
The MTA is expanding its Baisley Park Bus Depot facility to relieve crowded space conditions, and has awarded Nadler Modular Structures, a leading supplier of quality modular buildings and headquartered in New York City, to contract to build a custom modular office and locker room facility for the MTA Bus Company employees.
The Baisley Park Bus Depot is located on Guy R. Brewer Boulevard and Linden Boulevard in South Jamaica, in the New York borough of Queens, and is part of the MTA’s broad transportation network that includes over 5,600 buses.

The MTA has contracted Nadler Modular to deliver a modular building which will be used to provide additional needed office space, and also a locker room facility for MTA employees. The design and manufacturing process has already commenced, and the structure is anticipated to be completed and delivered to the Baisley Park location sometime early next year.
