Mountain Made, an Asheville art gallery, along with other retailers and art institutions in Western North Carolina will celebrate American Craft Week (October 1- 16, 2016)

Mountain Made will present a series of Live Art Demonstrations starting Saturday, October 01, 2016 through Saturday, October 15, 2016 in their gallery located inside the historic Grove Arcade building in downtown Asheville.
All of the events during American Craft Weer are FREE and open to the public. They will run from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM, at the gallery – 1 Page Ave, Suite #123, Asheville NC.

Saturday October 1, 2016. Kick off American Craft Week with one of our “No Talent Required” public interactive art projects.
Monday, October 3, 2016. Come watch this month’s featured artist Jo Ridge Kelly ply her impressionistic skills in her fine art oil paintings.
Friday October 7, 2016. Continue American Craft Week by coming by and joining in the celebration during our Asheville Art Walk and Halloween Party.
Saturday October 8, 2016. Fiber artist Paige Houghton will be giving a live Q&A session and demonstration of her popular fiber vessels and hanging panels.
Monday, October 10, Thursday, October 13 & Friday October 14, 2016. Come watch well-known painter Jo Ridge Kelley. Jo is well-known in the area for her unique “en plein air” paintings.
Saturday October 15, 2016. Finish off the last of the live art events by stopping in to watch Sondra Hastings create her inspiring ceramic meditation plates and Nativity Scenes.
