bSafe App to Deter, Alert, Record and Prove Sexual Harassment and Assault

Industry: Technology

Voice activation, live streaming, automatically recording and fake calls will make women safer.

New York (PRUnderground) January 17th, 2019

Personal safety plans are not working.

According to RAINN*, sexual assaults happen every 98 seconds in the United States.

One in four girls will be sexually abused before they turn 18 years old.  Females ages 16-19 are 4 times more likely than the general population to be victims of sexual assault.  Women ages 18-24 who are college students are 3 times more likely than women in general to experience sexual assault.

Sexually assaulted victims are 10 times more likely to use major drugs than the general public and sexual violence can have long-term effects on victims.  38% of victims of sexual violence experience work or school problems.

With the top rated safety app bSafe, users can activate the SOS button by touch or voice even if the cell phone is in the pocket, jacket or purse.  Connections will get an audible alarm, the exact location and they will be able to both see and hear everything that happens in real-time.  Everything is automatically recorded and the file will be sent to the connections.

Mobile Safety Technology Inc has also developed a platform for public safety to make college campus and cities safer.  They have already been in meetings with officials and several colleges in the US to improve safety and security at college campus.

We wanted to develop an app that can help prevent pain, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and suicide among young girls and boys,” says founder and CEO Rich Larsen and his daughter and Co-Founder Charlen Larsen

Features:

Voice Activation
Activate the SOS button by voice even if your cell phone is placed inside your pocket, purse or jacket.  You don’t need to press the SOS button.

Live Streaming
When the SOS is activated, connections will get the exact location, after which they will be able to see and hear everything that is happening in real-time via live streaming.
Recording

When the SOS is activated, audio and video automatically start recording and the recorded file is sent to connections cell phones.

Both audio and video recordings are instantly sent to the guardians simultaneously; therefore no information is lost, even if the perpetrator destroys your mobile phone.

bSafe has additional features like Follow me, Fake call and Timer alarm.
