SATURDAY, MAY 4TH 2019 is the RED Arena Round Up! This year’s event will feature a 5/10K trail run, raffles, games, petting zoo and mini horses for the kids and, as always, a HUGE silent auction!
Round-Up is RED Arena’s annual horse show that provides an opportunity for our riders of all ability levels to compete in fun horse events & be cheered on by our great community. The event is family friendly, open to the public and admission and parking are free. In addition to the horse show, there will be activities for the kids, food and a silent auction featuring some amazing prizes such as an Exclusive George Strait Concert Experience in Las Vegas!
“RED Arena is an amazing place for growth and healing,” said Jaclyn Tully, one of the therapists at RED Arena. The horses are powerful healers as are the connections formed between families, riders and staff. Round Up is a shining example of what can happen when communities come together to lift one another up.” Funds raised at this year’s event will primarily go to scholarships for riders as no one is turned away based on ability to pay.
If you can’t make it to Round Up on Saturday, May 4th, event programming will begin with the RED Arena Round Up “Wine-Up” Party on Friday night, May 3rd from 5:00 -8:00pm. The “Wine-Up” Party will feature live music by the Eddie Ray Band, complimentary wine & spirit tastings, hors d’oeuvres, the Vannagram photo bus and a preview of the silent auction. Guests will also be able to meet the therapy horses and watch a trail competition by RED Arena adult riders. All events will take place indoors at Dripping Springs Ranch Park.
