Psycho pop art is a unique style that perfectly combines surrealism with urban art while staying focused on the most classical foundations of painting: the human form and color. Most of Camilo Hernández Amaya’s paintings are dominated by a vibrant palette and moving figures that seem to melt right on the canvas, transforming themselves into clouds, dots, lines, gestures, text, and other things. In his work, the artist expresses a keen interest in freeing people who are tolerating their lives instead of living them.
