Hayden Childress, the Zoom Magic Show Wizard, is Providing Professional Magic & Mentalism Entertainment for Companies

Hayden Childress, a professional magician and mentalist who performs highly interactive magic shows that include comedy, mentalism, and magic, is helping employees everywhere bond, laugh, and problem-solve directly through their computers or mobile devices.

As we continue to socially distance from home amid COVID-19 mandates, Hayden wanted to provide his interactive, fun, and original performance through technology so people can still enjoy the power and potential of magic.

“Companies are facing new demands today as their employees continue to work hard from home without the usual in-person entertainment, coworker bonding, etc.” said Hayden. “These people deserve a moment to unwind, laugh, and enjoy themselves, even if they are sitting at an office in their home. That’s what inspired me to bundle my magic and make it digitally accessible.”

Hayden hosts virtual livestream shows primarily geared for corporate events since big companies want to be able to show their appreciation to their staff, despite social distancing. Providing virtual magic shows in which he works with the viewers to do a piece of magic and mentalism right through their digital screens, Hayden is proving that the future of entertainment doesn’t necessarily have to be in person.

“My show’s theme is all about the decisions the audience makes and why they make those decisions,” said Hayden. “I present a stack of cards and a statement that gets people thinking. They end up collaborating on which cards to throw out, only to discover that the one I told them to avoid is the final option. It’s thought-provoking, engaging, and of course, magical.”

Not just another Zoom call with a poor connection and blurry graphics, Hayden has set up an entire studio broadcast with fun graphics, multiple HD cameras, professional lighting, and sound connections. Every single performance is both personalized and customized to the viewers in order to make the experience that much more enjoyable. Thus far, he has worked with big name companies like Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Amazon, and Google to provide entertainment in a COVID-19 world.

Hayden has devoted his life to the perfection of his magical craft. Based on the East Coast, Hayden has also completed a TED Talk on interactive performance where he provides an example of how his at-home set up supports his virtual magic show schedule.

Lastly, Hayden’s shows are written for adults willing to explore witty, intelligent, and thought-provoking content. Therefore, attendees should be 13 years of age or older to be able to follow the show structure.
