Honest View Award established within the International Development Assistance State Program. The Award nominees can be media editorial and bloggers from any country which cover the immediate economic, political and social issues and advert to any events, facts, achievements or activities of the Russian Federation or its representatives (scientific breakthroughs, humanitarian mission, etc.).
