Eye See 360 scout out discounts on a number of popular consumer goods in time for the Black Friday sales week. The biggest online retailers still see Black Friday as the biggest sales event of the year thanks to shoppers’ seemingly endless enthusiasm for finding great deals. Last year shoppers spent close to $700 billion during the holiday shopping season, according to data released by the National Retail Federation. Spending has been on the rise each year, growing at a rate of 5% on average for the past six years.

This year a huge number of deals are available online, marking a shift away from in-store Black Friday sales and the overcrowding that often resulted. Last year the number of online Black Friday shoppers eclipsed the number who queued up in store for deals. Approximately 110 million shoppers went online for deals in 2016 and 99 million went in store, according to research from the NRF Survey.

Black Friday discounts begin at most retailers on the 20th November and run through until the end of Cyber Monday, which lands on 27th November this year.
