The solution, which is a combination of hardware capabilities, advanced firmware & unique inhouse software solutions constantly monitor forces that carry weight on the GPS unit in the vehicle. By adding a G sensor/accelerometer, they can detect any forces or changes to the axis calibration because of an accident.
Using an advanced algorithm, Controlit software will detect if there has been an accident, will allow the dealer to check on their well-being and will offer them a replacement vehicle along with the ability to check if the vehicle needs to be towed or get service at a collision center. In addition, the algorithm is designed to filter out false alerts, so you will be alerted of immediate danger to the driver rather than a simple gust of wind.
