Jeff Lupient: New Dealership to Make Its Debut in West Allis, WI

Jeff Lupient recently announced that a new Lupient Automotive Group dealership will be built in West Allis, Wisconsin.

High-end vehicle shoppers in Wisconsin may be excited to learn that a brand-new dealership under Lupient Automotive Group, led by Jeff Lupient, will soon replace the existing Infiniti Milwaukee car dealership in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The new dealership will be located in West Allis, Wisconsin, where it will feature a beautiful, brand-new showroom.
Construction of the new Infiniti dealership was slated to begin in May and should be completed by late 2019. The facility will span 31,700 square feet on 2.9 acres and will be situated in the area of Highway 100.
The dealership will stand two stories tall and will have a service workshop spanning 8,400 square feet. It will additionally feature office space spanning 9,300 square feet and a 4,000-square-foot showroom space. There will also be 253 parking spaces and 13 service bays. Furthermore, the dealership will have a car wash facility attached to it.
According to Lupient, the goal of creating the new dealership was to better meet the needs of the entire vehicle-buying market in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The dealership will be positioned near other high-end vehicle dealerships at the new site, which was part of the reason for the choice of location. Other dealerships in the area include those of Heiser Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz, MINI, Alfa Romano, and BMW.
Kraus-Anderson Construction Company’s Madison office is managing the new building’s construction, and Gries Architectural Group Inc. is serving as the project architect.
Infiniti Milwaukee made its debut in 2007 under the leadership of International Autos. At the time, it was located in the area of Arthur Avenue and Highway 100, but it eventually grew to two dealerships located in Waukesha and Glendale, Wisconsin. Lupient then purchased the dealership in December of 2017.
In November of last year, Lupient consolidated the two dealerships: the Waukesha location remained, while the Glendale one was transformed into a dealership for Kia. Lupient also owns dealerships in Rochester, Minnesota, and the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
