I always explain the whole process to my clients during the consultation, so that there are no surprises at the end,” said Loodmy.
- HOA Regulations – These regulations require careful review before committing to a specific building or condo association, as these rules can influence both lifestyle and expenses.
“I love the Florida market. There is still a great opportunity. A few years ago, things were moving quickly in the market.” At present, people have more time to analyze every transaction and make well-informed decisions. With markets like West Palm Beach experiencing a strong influx of new businesses and continued growth, there are a lot of opportunities for investors and homeowners as well as for sellers.
