MyPure™ – New Line Of 100% Organic Mushroom Extract Supplements

Today, Pure Essence Labs announced the release and availability of their brand new line of MyPure™ Mushrooms supplements. The MyPure™ line is formulated to contain real mushrooms with high, laboratory assured levels (20% to 50%) of immune enhancing, Beta- (1,3) (1,6) D-glucans. For many years, most supplements sold as “mushrooms” in the United States have actually been mycelia. Mycelia are like the “roots” of the organisms called basidiomycetes, while mushrooms are the “fruits.” The nutritional profiles of the “roots” and “fruits” are different, even in the wild. Mycelia used in supplements, however, grow in plastic bags on rice or other grains. Because there is no way to later separate mycelia from the grain, supplements made from them contain only small amounts of mushroom nutrients, but extremely large amounts of starch.

“We formulate our MyPure™ Mushrooms with non GMO, 100% certified organic whole mushroom fruiting body extracts, and nothing else,” Cochern adds. “They are heat treated to rupture the mushroom cell wall and liberate the nutrients for easy absorption.
