Dr. Christin Wiedemann has been appointed as Radical I/O’s first President. Christin will oversee the growth of their technology consultancy and their Smart City platform.

Radical I/O Technology Inc. (“Radical I/O”) is excited to announce that Dr. Christin Wiedemann has been appointed as the company’s first President. Christin will have oversight of the strategic direction and growth of Radical I/O.
Christin’s appointment is a reflection of our recent successes and the natural next step for Radical I/O: the expansion of both our technology consultancy and the upcoming launch of our own Smart City platform. In 2019 and beyond, Radical I/O aims to be the leading software development partner for enterprise organizations undertaking digital transformation projects, particularly in the Government and Education sectors.

Prior to joining Radical I/O, Dr. Christin Wiedemann was the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist of PQA Testing. Christin has a Ph.D. in physics, and she is passionate about initiatives that aim to move the technology sector forwards. Christin is a member of the Standards Council Canada’s committee on Artificial Intelligence. She is also an outspoken advocate for gender diversity in tech, and currently serves as Co-Chair of the BC Chapter of Women in Communications and Technology (WCT-BC), and she is a member of the Gender Equality Network Canada (GENC).
