In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Doherty Enterprises’ Shannon Rose Irish Pubs in Clifton and Ramsey New Jerse will present a month-long celebration of Irish food, drink and culture. The Foods & Drinks of Ireland menu runs March 1–30, 2026 (menu not available during St. Patrick’s Day weekend) and pairs classic Irish dishes and signature drink flights with live music, step dancers, bagpipers, family-friendly activities and charitable fundraising.
The special menu features time-honored favorites and Irish comfort classics, including Dublin Pie, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Shepherd’s Pie, Colcannon, Bangers & Mash and Guinness Beef Stew. Drink offerings will include curated Jameson Whiskey Flights and Guinness Beer Flights, along with seasonal Irish-inspired cocktails.

Highlights & Events (March 1–30, 2026)
- Live Music & Performances: Traditional Irish bands, bagpipers and step dancers will perform throughout the month, bringing authentic energy to each location.
- Giveaways & Raffles: Weekly giveaways and raffle prize baskets will run during the campaign. 100% of raffle proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Children’s Specialized Hospital.
- Kids St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Brunches: Family-focused brunches will be hosted Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Activities include step dancing, bagpipers, face painting, a children’s Leprechaun parade and costume contest, a DJ dance party, cookie decorating and raffle prizes. The best-dressed leprechaun will win a voucher for free kids’ meals for a year. 10% of brunch sales from these Saturday and Sunday sessions will be donated to the two beneficiary hospitals.
- Family & Community Focus: In addition to adult-focused specials, Shannon Rose will ensure family-friendly menu options and programming throughout the campaign.
