White Graphics Announces Acquisition of J Wallace & Associates

White Graphics, Inc is proud to announce the recent acquisition of J Wallace & Associates, Inc, a permanent display company based out of Downers Grove. Through this new partnership, the companies expect to offer expanded services to our customers, as well as to achieve growth.

The acquisition took place on December 18, 2019. Prior to making the partnership official, White Graphics and J Wallace & Associates had already been working in collaboration for several years. However, both companies believe that they will be able to serve their customers better as a single entity. Merging with White Graphics will allow J Wallace & Associates to expand its current services, as well as to offer an array of new services and products. Likewise, after acquiring J Wallace and Associates, White Graphics will have a stronger platform that can be used to serve both current clients and new clients more effectively.

J Wallace and Associates designs and manufactures permanent displays for the bakery industry placing wire racks and displays throughout North America for over 25 years. John will continue as a fulltime associate of the White Graphics team.

This addition of J Wallace to the White Graphics portfolio will enhance our ability to offer new outstanding services to our existing client base as well as expand with an eye on the future.

White Graphics was originally founded in 1988 as a short run packaging support company serving fortune 500 companies. The company has an extensive background in pressure-sensitive labels, rapid prototypes, flexible packaging, corrugated, folding carton and display graphics. J Wallace & Associates brings to the table a career in designing and manufacturing displays for the bakery industry that spans more than 25 years. In preparation to better serve customers, White Graphics has already invested in a new printing press that will be installed next month. This new press is a Xeikon 3030 roll to roll digital label press designed for short to medium production runs. The Xeikon 3030 offers a variable web width, prints a true 1200 dpi, and it uses environmentally-friendly dry toner. The Xeikon 3030 is specifically designed for the growing business and can be upgraded on an as-needed basis.

For customers of both White Graphics and J Wallace & Associates, the recent acquisition and partnership are expected to bring positive changes. Current customers of J Wallace & Associates will still be able to work with the same people in the same location as they have in the past, but they will now have access to more products and services. Current customers of White Graphics can expect to see more opportunities as well. Both companies look forward to providing better service for both current and new customers in the future.
