A lot of us are working years to be able to buy a house for our own.  Some others go for a loan or mortgage to finally buy their dream house. Both of these require years of hard work and convincing the government or the bank you can pay back the debt. Sanan Sanani, our today’s businessman under the spotlight managed to beat the eyes and purchase not only one but ten homes on his own! Yes you read it right, 10 houses. All that before he was 25.

You might wonder how. You might suspect he won a lottery. But I am sorry to disappoint you. He made it to the top through the guidance of his mentors, hard work and diligence, both of which are nothing without an entrepreneurial mindset. Allow me to break this down for you:

The Real Estate Rockstar

Our young real estate rockstar did not buy his way up to success, he earned it. However, he gives his credits to listening to his multi-millionaire mentors. He was an immigrant and an outsider from early ages he moved to Dubai at the age of 4 and built his business manners, passion, and willpower with his father, who was also an inspiration.

His father was like him. He didn’t come from money. He didn’t marry into money. Father and son both earned their ways to the top with hard work. Sanan’s father was an entrepreneur and this must be where found his entrepreneurial spirit from.

Upon his graduation with honors, he started building a network of influential people. From Persian, Arabian and European businessmen to American celebrities, his circle got stronger by the day. His ability to express himself in English made him a popular face in the area. But most probably, his experience as a coordinator in a VIP club in Dubai was the most significant. Despite the fact that it was not all rainbows and unicorns for him and he did have his share of tough times, he managed to pull through and turn that experience into a prosperous business.

For him, real estate was the golden basket. He used his networking skills to the top of its capacity and started to buy and sell properties in Dubai. Sanan’s work with international investors made him a very flourished realtor in UAE known as ‘The middle man with the black AUDI R8’’

He then moved to Tbilisi and established his own real estate investment company. He is eyeing on the future of this city which is growing to staggering numbers. Despite his young age, he established himself very quickly and it is no surprise that he could own up to 10 properties thus far.

Looking ahead

Things don’t end here for Sanan. He is an insatiable businessman. He is in love with his work

and is willing to educate more young entrepreneurs. His mission is to introduce the world of investment, which is traditionally dominated by older people, to the young generation. He believes the world of the real estate industry in 2020s belongs to younger and more innovative real estate investors. Because if he did it, why not others?
