Doherty Enterprises-Owned Applebee’s® in Baldwin, NY Welcomes Guests Back with a Fresh New Look

Doherty Enterprises, Inc., a leading franchisee for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar® in New York City, Long Island, N.Y., and New Jersey, announced today the remodel completion of its Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar located at 684 Sunrise Highway in Baldwin, NY.

The refreshed space features modern light fixtures, upgraded booth and bar seating, and vibrant, neighborhood-inspired murals that reflect the spirit of Baldwin.

To celebrate the newly renovated location, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 11th at 11:00 a.m. Members of the Doherty Enterprises team and along with local elected officials and community VIPs will be on hand to help unveil the new space.

Applebee’s has been serving as the neighborhood grill + bar in Baldwin since 2009. Renovation crews worked overnight so that the restaurant could remain open to guests. The refreshed design incorporates modern elements while maintaining the warm, neighborhood-focused energy guests feel when bringing people together.
