Michigan Non-Profit Assists Mother and Four Children with Urgent Donation of Clothing and Winter Coats

Sterling Heights, MI (PRUnderground) December 10, 2024
Driving Successful Lives, a Michigan-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, took swift action to support a mother and her four children who were displaced due to domestic violence. Responding to a request from a local chaplain, the organization stepped in to provide immediate relief for the family, including much-needed clothing and essential items for the children aged 3 months to 4 years old.
Within 72 hours, the staff purchased over 40 items of clothing, including warm winter coats, pajamas, and other necessities for the family. Steve Glynn, a staff member of Driving Successful Lives, shared his thoughts on the organization’s efforts: “No woman or human should have to live in fear of another person, let alone escape with four innocent children. We were happy to provide clothing and warm coats for the family.”
Driving Successful Lives is committed to helping individuals and families in crisis situations. The organization is a vital resource for Michigan communities, stepping in when urgent needs arise.
