$2.5 Million Settlement Reached in Contested Liability Car Accident Case Handled by Jordan Law

Personal injury law firm Jordan Law announced a $2.5 million settlement in a complex car accident case involving disputed liability and serious injuries.

The case stemmed from a car accident near Longmont, Colorado, where the injured party sustained severe, multi-system trauma. Liability was heavily contested from the outset, with the defense asserting that the injured individual was primarily at fault.
