Refund Policy

Rejection refund:If we reject your release, we'll contact you by email with the reason and give you the opportunity to revise and resubmit. If you choose not to revise, you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price within 5 business days.

After distribution begins: Once a release has been distributed (i.e., published to the syndication network), we are unable to offer refunds on that specific release, as distribution costs are incurred immediately upon publication.

30-day refund window: If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first subscription charge and have not yet submitted a release for publication, you receive a full refund of that charge.

After 30 days: Subscription charges are non-refundable after the 30-day window. You may request cancellation at any time from your dashboard. Subscriptions carry a three (3) month minimum term: cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term, or at the end of the current billing period if that is later, and billing continues until that date. After the minimum term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Credit expiration: Subscription release credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over to subsequent months.

Direct resolution preferred: For any concern not addressed by the policies above, email help@prunderground.com or call (646) 801-6772 with your order number. We resolve the vast majority of disputes within one business day.

Chargebacks: We strongly prefer direct resolution over payment processor chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend further service to the account until the dispute is resolved.
