ASFONA Welcomes Social Tables as an Associate Member

Washington, DC (March 18, 2014) - Social Tables has joined the Association of Starwood Franchisees & Owners - North America (ASFONA) as an Associate Member of the prominent organization and CEO Dan Berger has accepted an invitation to become an Honorary Board Member.

ASFONA President John Shingler extended the honor to Berger on behalf of the Association’s Owners Board, noting in his invitation letter, “this limited membership comprises [of] a small group of companies qualified as highly regarded providers of products or services to the hotel industry.” In response to the invitation, Berger said: “This membership is not open to any vendor, so I was humbled to receive it.”

Social Tables will be attending ASFONA’s Board Meeting later this month.

Now that Social Tables has 20 Starwood branded hotels as customers, joining ASFONA was a natural next step. “I hope that this membership signals just how serious we are about building our relationship with Starwood branded hotels,” Berger stated.

This announcement comes on the heels of Social Tables’s partnership with global giant Hyatt Hotels. Social Tables is now fully deployed in over 100 Hyatt properties in the Americas and is in the deployment phase in both EAME and APAC.
