CEO of Jae Emanuel Records Commits to Summer Music Programs for Children of Burlington, NC

Jae Emanuel Records and the City of Burlington Recreation & Parks have agreed to host a Mental Wellness program for the children of Burlington, North Carolina. This will be the label’s first community event outside of performing for entertainment purposes.

The label will provide a five-week "Music & Motion" programming for special populations, as well as all of the youth summer camps. The Gospel singer/ CEO of Jae Emanuel Records is committed to using his connection to music professionally within the community. One of the label’s goals is to provide mental well-being services where it is most needed in North Carolina effectively.

As of early 2022, the label has been officially certified as an SBE (Small Business Enterprise), and federally certified as a HUBZone business. These new certifications have allowed the record label to fulfill a need within North Carolina. Outside of the City of Burlington, the label is also collaborating with another facility to provide music therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Although Jae Emanuel Records has a focus on providing music therapy services, there is still a focus on entertainment/ performance. The CEO & label has even been nominated for the Onyx Urban Radio ‘Independent Gospel Artist of The Year’ award.

While Jae Emanuel Records will be seen throughout the state of North Carolina doing music therapy programs, artists from the label can currently be found performing at a Juneteenth event held in Burlington, NC at North Park on June 17th. For those who can only see Jae Emanuel virtually, on June 18th he will perform at the virtual conference for Stone Mountain-Lithionia Alumni Foundation concert event.
