David Hungerford, CCIM Joins Florida Southern College Adjunct Faculty

David Hungerford, CCIM, Senior Advisor at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, was recently appointed an adjunct instructor at the Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise at Florida Southern College.

Hungerford is teaching the Real Estate Principles class to undergraduate students. David recently graduated with his Masters in Business Administration from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL where he was admitted into Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee and serves on the board for the CCIM Florida West Coast District.

“David has amassed valuable experience since joining our firm,” said Gary M. Ralston, CCIM, SIOR, Managing Director and Senior Advisor of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler. “He pursues excellence in all he does and I know the students at Florida Southern will benefit from his knowledge and exemplary work ethic.”

Hungerford graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate, a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, and a minor in Italian studies/language. While there, he was an active member of the Florida State University Real Estate Society.
