Doghouse Pizza Opens on Enterprise Court in Melbourne, FL

Midwestern-style eatery Doghouse Pizza has opened just south of the Eau Gallie exit off I-95 in Melbourne. The fast-casual cuisine incorporates Midwestern flavor with some of the world’s more desirable dishes, including Chicago-style thin crust pizza, loaded poutine and gyros. They are open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Each dish is fresh, home-made and cooked to order. From the gravy to the pulled pork, restaurant owner Ben Hinner takes pride on ensuring each and every dish is handmade to perfection.

“I make every dish with respect for the food and the customer,” says Hinner. “All produce is locally sourced and each dish is carefully prepared to produce a dining experience unique to any restaurant in the area.”

Though the name implies this is just another pizza joint, Doghouse Pizza is everything but that. From horseshoe sandwiches to big fat burgers, mozzarella sticks to salads, pizza is just a small fraction of their unique menu. “Pizza is the name, food is the game,” says Hinner.
