Davidson Realty, a leading North Florida real estate company headquartered in World Golf Village, continues to gain market share, rising to 9th spot on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s ranking of area residential real estate agencies.  The list is based on value of houses and lots sold in 2012. Davidson Realty’s values for 2012 were $90.67 million in total homes and lots sold and 418 properties sold.  The World Golf Village-based real estate company previously ranked number 12.

Davidson Realty has been on a growth trajectory, expanding beyond World Golf Village and northern St. Johns County into Ponte Vedra, Julington Creek and Clay County, and adding more than 20 licensed agents in 2012.  The company also ranked #1, Small Business on Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2013 Best Places to Work list. “We are a single office operation which helps us build a strong culture, manage overhead costs and focus on staff training,” explains Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.  “In fact, when you look at the volume and number of real estate transactions we’re handling, Davidson Realty actually places third in the total value of homes sold by office and sixth in the number of houses sold by licensed agent,” adds Davidson.

Davidson Realty is on track for more growth in 2013.  In the first half of 2013, sales are up more than 30% at Davidson Realty and another 14 agents have joined its ranks.
