Jamison Manwaring of Neighborhood Ventures Named One of AZBigMedia’s 50 “People to Know” in Arizona Commercial Real Estate

Neighborhood Ventures co-founder and CEO Jamison Manwaring has been recognized by AZBigMedia as one of the 50 “People to Know” in commercial real estate. The honor spotlights Manwaring’s work building Neighborhood Ventures into one of Arizona’s leading online real estate investment platforms and launching NV REIT, a diversified real estate investment trust that provides everyday investors with access to institutional-grade multifamily properties and consistent dividend income.

Under his leadership, Neighborhood Ventures has launched over 20 online real estate investment offerings, led value-add acquisitions such as Venture on 52nd Street (a lender purchase out of foreclosure), and expanded a vertically integrated model – including acquisition, in-house property management, and investor transparency – that revitalizes underperforming assets while delivering returns.
