Modern Machine Shop Announces Technical Program at Inaugural Top Shops Expo

Modern Machine Shop has announced speakers and sessions for their track at the inaugural Top Shops Expo in Cincinnati, OH from October 12-14. The program features a breakdown of the Top Shops survey data, panel discussions with shop owners, and breakout presentations that provide an in-depth look at tools, technologies and strategies for running and growing a manufacturing business.

Panelists and speakers are hand-picked by the Modern Machine Shop staff to represent the very best in the industry. These industry experts will discuss topics like 5-axis machining, automation, supply chain security, digital workflow, workforce development, marketing and much more.

The program includes current and previous Top Shops Award honorees. The awards are given every year to shops that excel in one of the four core categories – Machining Technology, Business Strategies, Shopfloor Practices and Human Resources. The 2021 awards will be handed out during this year’s event.
