<p> Joe Ruback, better known as License Plate Guy, is an iconic New York Giants fan – best known for the lanyard of NY Giant license plates he wears around his neck at each game. When he’s not hanging out, taking pictures with fellow Giant’s fans outside the stadium, Ruback is the Athletic Director at the Biondi School in Yonkers, New York.</p>
