About

Project Noelle is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in Sandusky, Ohio, in 2017 by Keli Clark. The organization was named for Keli’s daughter Noelle, and honors the memory of Noelle’s younger brother Michael, who was also lost to the opioid epidemic. Project Noelle provides clothing drives, holiday support, peer groups, school-based prevention education, and community events to children and families in 43 counties across Ohio, Florida, and North Carolina.
