Popular Wisconsin Dells Vegetarian Restaurant To Reopen in Time for Christmas

Loyal patrons and food lovers everywhere will be excited and happy to learn that The Cheese Factory Restaurant is re-opening on December 20 with a new, healthier, plant-based menu that will satisfy the discriminating palate of everyone in the family.  In a speedy response to the great hue and cry expressed by disappointed staff and customers alike, the restaurant will re-open in its now familiar central location at 521 Wisconsin Dells Parkway S., Wisconsin Dells.

The Cheese Factory Restaurant is renowned for its warm courteous staff, exotic meatless cuisine, decadent home-made desserts and robust authentic cappuccinos.  The building itself once housed an actual cheese factory and store, and its unique and attractive transformation in 1992 to a vegetarian restaurant serves thousands of local residents and vacationers from around the world every year.

Chef Sage-Louise, author of the restaurant’s successful “The Cheese Factory Restaurant Cookbook”, comments “I would never in my wildest dreams have imagined that I’d be opening a vegetarian restaurant in the heart of a state renowned for its cheese, and have the audacity to name it ‘The Cheese Factory Restaurant’!  It has been a welcome surprise to all of us now how the food culture has shifted in the past 21 years – since we opened – to where the idea of a plant-based restaurant today in no way denies its popularity.  I am thrilled and yes, inspired, to start a new menu project with enticing, robust flavors in a delicious new bent.  There will be something for the whole family and in the very same building – with a new and different look inside.  Everyone is invited to experience our new menu on our grand re-opening day, December 20!”
