Radical Announces Agency of record for Elements West

Radical, a Greenville, SC based full-service advertising agency, has been named agency of record for The Elements West, a residential development offering all the amenities and quality of some of the best places downtown, but at rents that are 25% or less per month.

Base360, a Greenville based development company, successfully acquired the property in February 2018 and is redeveloping it with plans for the property to be ready for residents to move in by the end of January 2020.

Elements West will be located just minutes from Downtown Greenville in the former E.W. Montgomery Cotton Warehouse. It will offer 60 loft style apartment units, available in one, two and three bedroom plans. Each unit comes with soaring ceilings, exposed, original brick, and open floor plans. Residents will be able to take advantage of amenities including a club room, lounge area, video room, fitness center and swimming pool with covered cabana.
