Recent Land Auctions Produce Over $2.2 Million in Sales Through Saunders Auctions

Saunders Auctions sold over $2.2 million dollars in real estate between the last week of September and the first week of October.

The company is a division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) and offers landowners a marketing option above and beyond traditional brokerage services.

The properties were sold via live auction and included the following:

• US 27 & Golden Eagle Blvd, Clermont, FL – The most notable parcel that sold was a 6.1 acre tract outside of a Publix shopping center for over $2 million dollars.

• Frostproof, FL – All 13 parcels in this sale ranging from .5 to 5 acres were sold during auction. These properties were a combination of agricultural, commercial and residential and were offered at absolute auction.

Additional sales resulting from the auctions are expected to be announced soon, including:

• Dunellon, FL – A waterfront tract in Marion County located directly on the Withlacoochee River.

• Various commercial tracts in Clermont, Florida
