See Gossip's return to Paris with Hotel Direct

Hotel Direct will be running a number of great hotel deals for Paris this autumn which will allow fans of popular US indie band Gossip to see their musical heroes up close when they return to the French capital in November.

The group, who have been established since 1999 but finally broke into the global mainstream with their acclaimed 2006 effort Standing in the Way of Control will be playing at the city’s Zenith de Paris venue on November 6th in support of the release of their latest record, A Joyful Noise.

Perhaps best known for the title track from their breakthrough third album, the Washington natives are also renowned for their exuberant, pulsating and eccentric live performances, based around the antics of larger-than-life lead singer Beth Ditto, who has previously been named by the NME as the ‘Coolest Person in Rock’ and was awarded the 2008 Glamour Award for International Artist of the Year.
