The fantastic new track Into The Dark from renowned British rock / pop artist Alistair Griffin.

His brand new single 'Into The Dark' is no exception and such was the anticipation at the release of the song, it shot to no.15 in the UK iTunes chart in just 48 hours.

He first came to prominence on the BBC show Fame Academy with a top 20 album and hit single with Bee Gee Robin Gibb. He emerged again with a new album Albion Sky and his song 'Just Drive' entered the Top 40 after being used by the BBC to close their coverage of an exciting F1 season.

‘Just Drive’ then went on to be the soundtrack of Formula 1 as the Sky Sports F1 theme.

Since then his songs have been used to montage all the great British sporting events including Wimbledon, the Olympics, FA Cup and British Open golf to name just a few.

His cover of "Only You" was streamed to billions round the globe at the wedding of Harry and Meghan, when once again the BBC picked Alistair's take on the Yazoo classic to montage the 2018 Royal Wedding.

He tours regularly through the UK with his live shows gaining a reputation for their raw acoustic quality and pure vocals.

During lockdown, when the music industry was taking a big hit, Alistair made sure he was busier than ever. He has crowdfunded a brand new album “Out Of The Dark” and his weekly Facebook ‘Live” sessions have kept his legions of fans happy.

He has already won many friends and widespread publicity with his unique ‘Tour of Social Distance’ travelling around the UK and Ireland in a campervan playing gigs in gardens and fields and on beaches, tractors and merry-go-rounds!

Alistair, the new single and the tour have already featured on BBC Breakfast TV during August.
