Verittas Risk Advisors, Inc. Appoints Davis Sayre and Dillon Koty as Directors

Verittas Risk Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of two outstanding professionals as directors for our southeast region. Both Davis and Dillon have successfully completed the Verittas BSA/AML & Internal Audit training program, as well as the intensive National Management Training Program.

Davis Sayre
Davis brings a wealth of experience to our team. His expertise spans a variety of client engagements, from small firms to institutions with up to $30 billion in assets. Davis has played a key role in several BSA/AML projects, regulatory enforcement remediations, and system/model optimizations. Additionally, his background includes significant experience in annual SOX and FDICIA consulting projects. Davis’s journey began as a Data Analyst, showcasing his analytical skills and attention to detail. He holds a double major in Finance and Marketing from The University of Alabama.

Dillon Koty
Dillon has led numerous engagement teams at Verittas, successfully managing projects for clients ranging from $50 million to $30 billion in assets. He has a robust background in BSA/AML engagements, risk assessments, significant experience in annual SOX and FDICIA consulting projects, and system/model optimization & validation. Prior to joining Verittas, Dillon was part of PricewaterhouseCooper’s Banking and Capital Markets practice. Dillon earned his degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Alabama. He is currently pursuing his CPA certification.
