Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band will be going out on tour later this year in conjunction with the recently announced “Runaway Train” tour.
This exciting blockbuster tour will get underway in Toledo, Ohio at the Huntington Center and it will culminate on October 28th in Phoenix, Arizona at the Talking Stick Resort. Some of the promotion materials for this tour hint at the fact that he may be retiring after this tour, however, nothing firm has been mentioned.
Nancy Wilson from Heart will be a special guest on select tour dates. Seger, who hails from Detroit, has scheduled two Detroit area shows for this exciting tour. He will have a September 9th show at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI and another show on September 23rd at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
Additionally, this legendary music artist will be reissuing two of his earlier vinyl releases on Friday, June 9th. His 1969 major label debut album, Ramblin’ Gramblin’ Man and 1994 Greatest Hits will make great gifts for diehard Seger fans.
