As the firm’s Managing Attorney, Argilio Rodriguez is widely recognized for successfully handling high-stakes, complex litigation, in such areas as labor & employment (defense), commercial litigation, liquor licensing, government investigations, and other areas, in federal and state courts. Mr. Rodriguez serves as General Counsel to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, and other businesses throughout New York City. Mr. Rodriguez has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in labor & employment defense litigation for both 2015 and 2016 and sits on the Restaurant & Hospitality Law Committee of the NYC Bar Association. He prides himself on being deeply involved in the advancement of the Latino business community throughout New York City and is a vocal advocate of immigrant rights.
