SnapEngage chat provider names Sofia Rossato as new Chief Executive Officer. Rossato succeeds Jerome Breche who will serve as Co-Founder/Owner and Chief Product Officer.

SnapEngage today announced that Sofia Rossato has been selected as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. SnapEngage offers an enterprise live chat solution and has driven successful customer engagement outcomes for businesses across the globe since 2008.

Rossato succeeds Jerome Breche, who will continue to advise SnapEngage as Co-founder/Owner and Chief Product Officer. “I am thrilled to welcome Sofia to the SnapEngage team. Not only does she bring extensive experience from her previous founder and COO positions, but she embodies the SnapEngage mission and shares our values as well,” said Breche. Breche launched SnapEngage in 2008 with Co-founder/Owner and Chief Technical Officer, Jerome Mouton. The company is self-funded, profitable, and currently holds offices in Boulder, CO, USA and Berlin, Germany.
Prior to joining SnapEngage as Chief Executive Officer, Rossato founded Well Wallet, PBC, a socially responsible personal financial management platform. Rossato was also Chief Operating Officer of the Information division at IHS Markit, a $17 billion financial information company. She held senior leadership roles at Wall Street On Demand, a FinTech startup that grew by four hundred people and fourteen times revenues during her tenure, before being acquired by Goldman Sachs. Rossato grew up in Argentina and Miami, and holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
