SOTSU FlipAction, FlipAction & Lives and Life founder Haifeng Mike Zhao launches Lives and Life FlipAction, The World’s First Dream-Life Board and Trading Card Game. The Lives and Life FlipAction Release One is limited only to 499 box sets issued. Each set includes a game board sheet, playing pieces, component(s), in-game currency, in-game cards (20+ cards all numbered), and a random pack bag that could contain a special insertion card such as 1 of 1 memorabilia autographs. Every card within the Release One sets are playable within the game and numbered to 499, cards in the set may have a few parallels and variations also numbered to 499. Specialty career cards may include 1 of 1 autographs and 1 of 1 memorabilia autograph parallels/variations with a relic piece from the profession and is signed by a professional in the field, the creator of the card and/or the founder of the game. The Lives and Life FlipAction board and trading card game give players an opportunity to choose the lives they want to live in the game through making a series of in-game decisions at some of or all of the 13 life levels including level 0 portal of life. Each player will choose one of the three birth family social economic class cards (working, middle and wealthy class) that comes with different resources and requirements. Players will also choose one of the six “life path” cards (G1-G6) that entails holistic factors such as education levels, income levels, career paths, education costs and lifestyle costs. Each life path will allow the player to develop expertise levels (novice, proficient, advanced, expert and master) while the player move through various life levels in the game.

Mike has lived in the United States for nearly 30 years and has been an avid collector and sports fan for just as long. Mike also happens to be a US based CPA who worked at investment banks such as Morgan Stanley and several Global Fortune 500 firms before launching the brands. Mike holds three master’s degrees, admitted by Columbia University in the City of New York, attended a PhD program and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Villanova University Business School and the University of California State systems. As a card collector of 30 years with over a million cards who has designed and created many trading card games and card sets in the past, Mike understands what both players and collectors covet. An expansion set, part of the next release that is expected to be available for purchase within a few months after Release One’s super limited, small batch produced prototype release. The second release will see continued improvements to the game to enhance the player experience, the quality of game play and the collectibility of the cards, all efforts necessary to broaden the game’s fan base.

The full game card set features over 400 cards with over 300 (in-game optional) career choices separated into 13 professional career fields (Arts and Humanities, Business, Computer Science, Divinity, Education, Engineering and Mathematics, Interdisciplinary and Professional, Law and Public Policy, Medicine and Public Health, Military and Protective Services, Natural Science, Skilled Trades, Sports and Entertainment). Mike states, “I created the FlipAction name (USPTO Trademark live and pending) and concept in the early 2000s. FlipAction means to break inertia by flipping things upside down through a contrarian mindset turning limited resources into force multipliers and adversity into strength. The concept is defined by distinctively customized strategies and nimble tactical performance. One example of this is supporting a large number of influencers with smaller audiences to gain the attention of star influencers who may otherwise be too costly to work with. I founded SOTSU Electronics, FlipAction and SOTSU FlipAction brands and came up with their name and concepts including all initial associated product specific names such as Universe Black. SOTSU Electronics’ SOTSU name was created by me based on how the indigenous proto-Vietnamese Baiyue Wu people who dominate the Suzhou region of China who have no written language, pronounce Suzhou in their native Wu language. The first SOTSU and SOTSU FlipAction products were sold by me via email and social media including finding the brands’ first distributor and influencers to work with a minimal marketing budget. I also created SOTSU, the world’s first manufacturing business trading card game, something I was  pushed to complete in only one week based on my previous experience of creating numerous trading card games, which I strongly opposed due to its in the face product placement advertisements and gratuitous personal glorification of the sole shareholder owner (with him insisting his “artistic photo” be featured as in the “most powerful and valuable card”) of the Suzhou (Suzhou Industrial Park or SIP), China company that now runs the SOTSU Electronics and SOTSU FlipAction brand(s). I was only suppose to be a cost accountant, however, during that time, I was working 17 hour days, seven days a week to bring the brand to life. No task was too small for me as everything for the brands from marketing, sales, operations, design, R&D, engineering, HR, logistics, cost accounting, business development, social media creation/growth/communications/press release and everything legally permissible and/or morally ethical in between were either entirely done or reviewed by me. I helped Gizmatic, who is a US distributor/affiliate of the Suzhou, China company and has a working relationship with the Suzhou, China company due to their collaboration on the Sidetrak projects, to create the World’s First strategy and marketing concepts including feedbacks on its products for its Strata Pan, Strata Cookware brand(s). I essentially was requested to single-handledly secured multiple meetings, negotiation rounds and ultimately a full-day, on-site visit, where I was asked to be in charge of the entire strategy, communication/press release and negotiation process, with the senior global leadership including possible acknowledgement from SAP CEO Christian Klein, meeting and speaking with SAP Board member Thomas Saueressig, SAP Global VP Joost Tigelaar and Michael Locher-Tjoa COO of SAP Greater China, the world’s largest vendor of ERP software, one of the largest software and multinational corporations in the world.

I am now fully disassociated from and ultimately did not receive a legally/morally/ethically compliant safe work environment, credit, financial compensations nor ownership stakes I was promised from the Suzhou, China company that I saved from near bankruptcy largely due to mismanagement, that now run the SOTSU Electronics and SOTSU FlipAction brands including from the brands themselves. With the help of various government agencies, I was able to receive the legal paperworks necessary to completely and legally disassociate from the Suzhou, China company, its owner and the brands the Suzhou, China and its affiliates run so I am able to obtain other employment opportunities if I wish to. I took my previous negative experiences in stride, in simple terms, I performed a FlipAction by FlipActioning within my internal self and ultimately successfully FlipActioned, and a little over a year later, is able to turn it into positive energies by launching the FlipAction, Lives and Life and Lives and Life FlipAction brands and products.”
