Alex Cade Releases New EP “For A Reason” on January 25

Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Alex Cade is ready to shake up the music scene with his latest EP “For A Reason”. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Alex has been making music for as long as he can remember.
Most recently, Alex dropped the EP’s lead single “Woosah”. The song has received much traction from fans on Instagram. With a solid melody and rhythmic flow, Cade released a music video on YouTube to accompany the track. With “For A Reason” set to drop on January 25, Alex is excited for the world to see what he’s been working on. The project will highlight the different aspects and angles of relationships, friendships, and loved ones. As he evolves as an artist so does his sound.
Alex is inspired by a wide variety of artists including. Drake, SZA, Kanye West, Anita Baker, OutKast, Paramore, The Weeknd, Jay-Z, Sade, and Rick James.
The release of “For A Reason” is the start of a new movement for Alex, as he sets to put his city of Seattle on the map musically. Spending countless nights in the studio to develop this EP, the young artist has a shot at becoming the next big thing in hip-hop.
“At times I had to be my own inspiration, said Cade. The time I spent putting this EP together was easily the hardest and most stressful time of my life. I hope people hear the passion and feel every word I am saying throughout the whole project.”

Currently building a wave out in Seattle currently. Cade has been making music since birth. His father introduced him to different genres. Being such an early creative Cade’s music began to exceed the limits of just rap. Alex Cade’s first full body of work was “Regional Influence” in 2017. Moving from Detroit to Seattle and trying to make music helped Cade instill new habits from other creatives and new friendships. His first mixtape “Regional Influence” expounded on that idea.
